Alf, nearing 40, still lives with his overbearing mother, Monica, in the quiet town of Norrköping. She constantly pressures him to find a job and move out, but Alf’s true passion lies in his diabolo routine. When he gets the chance to tour Europe with his act, Monica struggles to let go of him – perhaps even more than she realizes. Presented at the Berlin International Film Festival.
