An Afro-Brazilian filmmaker and a Swiss photographer embark on a journey across several countries to investigate how more than six centuries of colonialism and racism continue to shape the contemporary world. This essayistic documentary feature film intertwines history, critical thinking, and lived experiences to reveal the enduring legacy of the colonial project on the construction of the present.
