Utsugi is a 69-year-old widower recovering from a stroke. Confined to his home and dependent on his daughter-in-law Susu, Utsugi begins to see her kindly attention as a complicity of caring and a concealed sexual invitation. As their charged encounters escalate, the boundaries between seduction and projection, intimacy and manipulation, begin to dissolve.
