“All Is Time” follows four Brazilians between 2002 and 2022, tracing the course of their lives over two decades against the backdrop of Lula’s three elections as president of Brazil. The characters have only one thing in common: they all vote at the same polling station. As the years pass, time emerges as the film’s central theme, reshaping priorities, deepening contradictions and quietly changing the way we see the world and ourselves.
