In 2006, journalist Chris Hansen prepares to make television history with "To Catch a Predator", the controversial format that uses undercover operations and hidden cameras to unmask sexual predators caught in the act live on TV. As the show becomes a national phenomenon and its host a popular icon, the line between information, justice and spectacle grows increasingly blurred, and the short circuit between news, entertainment and television voyeurism increasingly untenable. Presented at the Venice Film Festival.
