A mysterious young woman looks out the window of a helicopter. She flies over the desolate region of the Sayan Mountains, a barren land lost in Siberia, untouched by civilization. Far from everything and everyone, only a small people endures there: the Tofalars. It is an isolated population, reduced in numbers and divided among themselves. What could the young woman be looking for in this inhospitable territory?
