The sky, its constellations, and the knowledge built from observing them guide a journey through memory, future and resistance. The film follows a physicist of Indigenous descent, a centenarian Guarani shaman, and an Amazonian leader on an immersion through Indigenous communities from the north to the south of Brazil, recording ancestral celestial knowledge and the contrasts between Indigenous astronomical sciences and Western cosmologies. During filming, the death of one of the protagonists alters the course of the narrative, highlighting the constant threat to ancient knowledge and other ways of existing. This is a story of life and death, on a voyage the thread that unites all peoples: the cosmos.
