

An Italian filmmaker, Walter Fasano has edited more than seventy films, collaborating with directors such as Park Chan-wook, Dario Argento, the D’Innocenzo brothers, and Trudie Styler. His partnership with Luca Guadagnino includes “The Protagonists” (1999), “I Am Love” (2009) — which Fasano also co-wrote —, “A Bigger Splash” (2015), “Call Me by Your Name” (2017), “Suspiria” (2018), and “Bertolucci on Bertolucci” (2013, 37th Mostra), co-directed by both. Fasano also wrote and directed the documentary “Pino” (2020), about the artist Pino Pascali, which won Best Documentary at the Turin Film Festival.
