

A filmmaker and journalist, with work that moves between conceptual photography and cinema. She made her directorial debut with the award-winning short documentary “Gopi” (2018), a portrait of the life of intersex activist Gopi Shankar. She also co-directed and served as cinematographer for the documentary feature “Call me Ebony” (2020), presented at the 44th Mostra, and was the writer-director of the fiction short “Perda” (2024). “Let Us Be” is her first feature film as a solo director.
