An Israeli filmmaker, he graduated in film from Tel Aviv University in 1992. His work highlights Palestinian–Israeli realities through human- centered storytelling. His documentary “Bil’in, My Love” (2006) captured nonviolent resistance in the West Bank and received an honorable mention at the International Film Festival Rotterdam. He also directed the documentary “Refugees” (2008) and the animated feature “The Journey to the Planet of the Minimiks” (2013).
