He graduated in filmmaking and journalism from the Universidade de Brasília (UnB), where he also completed a master’s degree in drama. He also studied film and TV at the UCLA Summer Sessions. He directed six short films, including “Clean Record” (2006), “The Watcher” (2007), “Becoming Mahatma” (2010, 34th Mostra), and “Valley of Souls” (2023), presented at and awarded by many national film festivals. His first fictional feature film, “Punch the Clock” (2016), was presented at the 40th Mostra. He also made the TV productions “Santa’s Half Day-Off” (2017) and “Christmas Escape” (2018). In 2026, he also directs the feature film “Canned Heat”.
