A filmmaker from Rio Grande do Sul, he has written and directed TV programs and series, as well as short and medium-length films. With his Porto Alegre-based production company, Container Filmes, he released his first feature film, “Yonlu” (2017), which screened at the 41st Mostra, where it won the Abraccine Award, granted by the Brazilian Association of Film Critics. “The Saddest Story in the World” is his second feature film.
