Tijuana born and raised, Gabriel Gutierrez Morales is a multidisciplinary queer artist and filmmaker based in Seattle. He centers his work on intimate explorations of queerness, race, and sexuality. He directed the short films “A Certain Kind” (2024) and “Boyslut” (2025), presented at festivals such as Guanajuato and AmDocs. “Tijuana, Still” is his first feature film.
