Threads of time, photographs that were lost, missing images, loves that are gone, deaths. A director gathers the loose ends of his own films, trying to recover what seems irretrievable. In this process, he reconstructs and deconstructs his path through cinema and life, centered on the main character of all his films: the one that has given him so much and taken so much away, the city of São Paulo.
