Amid Lebanon’s banking collapse, banks freeze all accounts overnight. The crisis, brought on by years of corruption and inspired by true events, traps the life savings of millions of people. Maro, a determined single mother, tries to access her modest savings to pay for a surgery that could save the life of her younger sister, Dalia, an impulsive young woman with an untamable spirit. When the bank refuses, the two devise a daring heist to recover the money that is rightfully theirs. Recruiting a former militiaman and a truck driver to carry out the plan in a single night, they set off a chain of events that quickly spirals out of control in a city on the brink of collapse.
