

Also known as Thomate, he was a cartoonist for the newspaper A Cidade in Ribeirão Preto. He has been responsible for creating the animated bumpers for International Animation Day for the past 20 years. His body of work includes the short films “Rái Sossaith” (2011) – later adapted into a series – “O Grande Evento” (2012), “Tênis da Hora” (2015), “Bunnies and Opossums” (2022), and “Quarentena” (2025), as well as the animated series “Lala” (2015). He worked as a stop-motion animation director at Coala Filmes, contributing to the TV series “Angeli The Killer” (2017–) and the award-winning feature film “Bob Spit – We Do Not Like People” (2021, 45th Mostra). He directed the first season of the animated series “Gildo” (2024).
