

Born in São Paulo and graduated in Film from ECA-USP in 2008. She directed short films screened and awarded at festivals around the world, such as “L” (2011), which received a special mention at the Berlin International Film Festival, and “Os Irmãos Mai” (2013). She also wrote the screenplay for the film “Where I Grow Old” (2016), by Marília Rocha, and collaborated on the screenplays of series by directors such as Juliana Rojas, Fernando Coimbra, Fernando Meirelles, and Cao Hamburger. Her projects were selected for important laboratories and co-production meetings, such as the Cinelatino Rencontres de Toulouse and Ventana Sur, and in 2019, she was part of Berlinale Talents. “The Joy of Things” (2021), her first feature film, was presented at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and received the ABRACCINE Award for Best Brazilian Film by a First-Time Director at the 45th Mostra. “Talented” is her second feature film.
