A Colombian visual artist and filmmaker. He was a resident at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris, invited by the Centre Georges Pompidou. His work has been exhibited in museums and collections, including the Banco de la República of Colombia and the Museum of Antioquia. His feature film debut, the experimental documentary “The Tower” (2018), was presented at the Rotterdam and Cartagena de Indias film festivals. He has received distinctions including the Humberto Solás Cine en Construcción Award and the International Symposium on Auteur Cinema Award. “Meteorite” is his first fiction feature.
