

Filmmaker from western Massachusetts, USA, based in Los Angeles. Before changing careers, he obtained a master’s degree in neuroscience from Tulane University and worked as a genetics engineer at MIT and Harvard. He graduated in film directing from the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). His work explores the personal and political dimensions of catastrophe and community life in the United States. His feature film debut, “Way Out Ahead of Us” (2022), was screened at the 46th Mostra and FIDMarseille. As a producer, his recent work includes “Christmas Eve in Miller’s Point” (2024), by Tyler Taormina, screened at the 48th Mostra, and Lucy Kerr’s “Family Portrait”. “Ponderosa” is his second feature.
