A documentary filmmaker specializing in screenwriting, research, and creative production, with a background in independent film and commercial productions. A journalism graduate, she holds a master’s degree in documentary filmmaking from the International School of Film and TV (EICTV) in San Antonio de Los Baños, Cuba. She has worked as head of development for streaming platform series and also works as a festival curator, audiovisual project consultant, and narrative workshop facilitator. She conducted the research for the feature film “Chico Rei entre Nós” (2020) by Joyce Prado, which won the Audience Award for Best Brazilian Documentary and the Jury’s Honorable Mention at the 44th Mostra. She handled research and field production for the documentary “Pau D’Arco” (2025) by Ana Aranha. “Better Days” marks her directorial feature debut.
