Brazilian-Portuguese filmmaker and artist born in São Paulo in 1999. He holds a BFA and an MFA in film from the California Institute of the Arts and is a Sundance Institute fellow. His work and solo shows have been presented at venues such as the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona, the Wexner Center for the Arts, REDCAT, and the Spectacle Theater in New York. He directed, among others, the short films “Vision of Paradise” (2022), “When We Encounter The World” (2023), and “Adrift Potentials” (2024), screened at filme festivals like New York, Rotterdam, Toronto, Mar del Plata, Oberhausen, IndieLisboa, and FICUNAM. “Tropical Fractals” is his first feature film.
