

Born in Alicante, Spain, in 1976, she lives in Barcelona. She graduated in physics and holds master’s degrees in screenwriting for film and television and in stop-motion directing and animation. She co-runs the studio Citoplasmas Stop Motion, with which she co-directed, alongside Eduard Puertas, the short films “Click” (2013), “Matilda” (2018) and “What’s Up with the Sky?” (2022), presented at festivals such as Clermont-Ferrand, Annecy and Stuttgart. She also directed the children’s television series “Cuentos Celestes” and, with writer Maite Carranza, she is the co-author of the children’s book series “Los 7 Cavernícolas”. She teaches screenwriting at the BAU University Centre, in Barcelona. “Olivia and the Invisible Earthquake” is her first feature film.
