

Born in Brasília in 1976. Between 2002 and 2008, he made seven short films. He made his feature directorial debut with “Nine Chronicles for a Screaming Heart” (2012), presented at the 36th Mostra and winner of the critics’ award at the Festival Internacional del Uruguay. He then directed “A Violent Dose of Anything” (2013, 37th Mostra); “We Still Have the Deep Black Night” (2019), presented at the 43rd Mostra and awarded at the Buenos Aires International Festival of Independent Cinema (BAFICI); and “Inventory of Lost Images” and “Bleak Sunday Afternoons”, both from 2023 and presented at the 47th Mostra.
