He graduated in Animation Cinema from UFMG and in Social Communication from Uni-BH. His work spans fiction and documentary, with a particular interest in popular culture and childhood, and much of his production is carried out in the Jequitinhonha Valley, in Minas Gerais. Since 2006, he has headed the production company Postura Digital. He directed, among others, the feature films “Família” (2013) and “Dentro da Caixinha - Segredo de Criança” (2021); and the documentaries “Herança – A Cavalhada em Brumal” (2018) and “Entre Mundos - Vida e Obra de Helena Antipoff” (2019). He also created the series “Dentro da Caixinha” (2023).
