

A director and screenwriter born in Goiânia. He studied at the Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión, in Cuba, and started his career in cinema as an assistant to Ruy Guerra on the film “O Veneno da Madrugada” (2004). He directed short films, such as “Dolores” (2005), “Atlântico” (2008), and “Hoje Tem Alegria” (2010), and the feature films “Two Irenes” (2017), presented in the Generation Kplus section at the Berlin Film Festival, “Aunt Virginia” (2023, 47th Mostra), and “Mambembe” (2024, 48th Mostra).
