

Estêvão Ciavatta Pantoja is a Brazilian author, producer, and director, with a degree in film from the Universidade Federal Fluminense. He is a founding partner of Pindorama Filmes, and of Pororoca, a communications agency focused on sustainability projects. Ciavatta wrote and directed dozens of television programs, including “Brasil Legal” (1994) and “Central da Periferia” (2006). He also created, directed, and produced the series “Preamar” (2012) and “Santos Dumont” (2019), and the virtual reality film “Amazônia Viva” (2023). His documentary features “Amazon Uncovered” (2018) and “One Brazil, Lots of Languages” (2023) were screened at the Mostra.
