

A Spanish director, he graduated in documentary filmmaking from the International School of Film and TV (EICTV) in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba. He directed the feature documentaries “Pic-nic” (2007) and “Arraianos” (2012) — presented at the 38th Mostra and the Locarno Film Festival, and awarded at the Buenos Aires and Seville film festivals. “Endless Night” (2019), his first fiction feature, about the memory of Franco’s repression in Galicia, was presented at the Rotterdam, Toronto, and Locarno film festivals.
