

Born in Wuhan, China, in 1996, he grew up in Shanghai. He graduated in Directing from the Beijing Film Academy. His graduation mid-length film, “Break” (2019), was presented at film festivals in Pingyao and Beijing, among others. He also worked as an editor on “Summer Blur” (2020), screened at the Berlin International Film Festival, and “Are You Lonesome Tonight?” (2021), exhibited at Cannes, Toronto, and San Sebastián film festivals. He is also the author of the short story collection “The Gap of Migration”. “Zoom In Zoom Out” is his first feature film.
