Born in Rome in 1974. He began his career as a photographer before turning to documentary filmmaking. He directed “Slot – Le Intermittenti Luci di Franco” (2013), “La Repubblica dei Ragazzi” (2014), and “Incontri al Mercato” (2015) before making his fiction debut with “Manuel” (2017), screened at the 41st Mostra and the Venice Film Festival. He also directed “Anima Bella” (2021), presented at the Rome Film Fest. Also a musician, he composes the scores for his films.
