Born in Porto Alegre in 1979. A filmmaker, screenwriter and producer, she directed the feature films “Nalu on the Border” (2016), winner of the critics’ award at the 40th Mostra and presented at the Berlin International Film Festival; “The First Death of Joana” (2021), presented at the San Sebastián International Film Festival; and “Until the Music is Over” (2023, 47th Mostra), which won the best director award at the Bergamo Film Meeting, in Italy.
