A Mexican filmmaker, his work explores memory, secrets, and childhood. He has worked as a cinematographer and directed the documentary “Things We Dare Not Do” (2020), which won awards and received recognition in several countries, including the James Blue Award for the Promotion of New Filmmakers, the Gold Hugo Award at the Chicago International Film Festival and the Grand Prize at the Buenos Aires International Festival of Independent Cinema (BAFICI). “Six Months in a Pink and Blue Building” is his first fiction film.
