American film director, screenwriter, producer, and voice actor. In his work, Bird combines emotional storytelling, humor, and action in films that span both animation and live-action. He has twice won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, for “The Incredibles” (2004) and “Ratatouille” (2007). He also directed “The Iron Giant” (1999), “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol” (2011), “Tomorrowland” (2015), and “Incredibles 2” (2018).
