Twin brothers Arab and Tarzan Nasser were born in Gaza in 1988. They began their filmmaking careers together with the short “Condom Lead” (2013), presented at the Cannes Film Festival. They then directed their first feature, “Dégradé” (2015), which premiered at the Cannes Critics’ Week. The duo’s second feature, “Gaza Mon Amour” (2020), was presented at the Toronto and Venice film festivals and was Palestine’s submission for the Academy Awards.
