

A self-taught filmmaker, he holds a Degree in Mathematics from France and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Chile. He directed the short film “For Russia For Faith” (2018), screened at various Russian festivals. In 2022, he directed his first feature-length documentary, “Primo da Cruz”. Alongside his filmmaking, he develops a visual education program for children with Luana Vieira Gonçalves, through workshops that explore the possibilities of cinema in the Criação de Documentário project. He also served as co-curator of the exhibition “O Dono do Mar: Primo da Cruz”, presented at the Museu de Arte do Rio. “Only Paper Is Brown” is his second feature film.
