Adriano, a jailor averse to violence, tries to ensure tranquility in prison, even suffering with major family dilemmas. The arrival of Abdel, a dangerous international terrorist, heightens the tension in prison, which is already experiencing days of terror because of two criminal factions. Now Adriano will have to face a rebellion and control Abdel`s steps. Inspired by Drauzio Varella`s book "Carcereiros", the film portrays the reality of men who, even without being arrested, spend their days behind bars.
