Sobre o filme
Chi`s American dream came true after her studies in Taiwan. When her grandmother is dying, Chi returns to her family in her birth country. Everything in her mind is brought into question: childhood nostalgia, the history of China and Taiwan, the bitterness of exile, two cultures, hopes for her career, her American boyfriend and slightly old-fashioned traditions. Is the American dream just a dream?
