An Uruguayan Chamber of Legal Marijuana travels to the United States to find 50 tons of cannabis to supply the country. President José Mujica is the leader of the mission. Throughout this journey, they meet the most influential leaders concerning marijuana and has real-life encounters with them. All the characters believe they are interacting with the actual director of the Uruguayan Chamber of Legal Marijuana, even though the institution doesn’t really exist.
