In the city of Tucumán, Argentina, Miguel makes a living as a “motochorro”, a thief who snatches people’s belongings from his motorbike. When he steals the purse of Elena, an old woman, he ends up hurting her badly. Taken by guilt, Miguel conceals his true identity and starts to take care of the victim. Afraid to tell Elena the truth, he continues to be haunted by his past and becomes entangled in his own lies. The story has as backdrop the police strike in 2013 when the city of Tucumán was overtaken by chaos, violence and riots.
