Sobre o filme

Sarah is married and owns a cafe in West Jerusalem, while Saleem is a Palestinian who lives in the East and works as a deliverer. Despite their differences, they fall in love —it is an illicit romance that can tear their families apart. One night, during a tryst, they are discovered. The plot gains political dimensions because Sarah’s husband is an officer in the Israeli army.

Winner of the audience award and the special jury award for best screenplay at the International Film Festival Rotterdam.
