Maria temporarily moves to Rio to be near of Pedro, her husband, who is working on a TV series. Away from her friends and work, Maria also feels distant from Pedro, who spends his days out. Her loneliness has a faithful observer: Horacio, a young introspective, trustee and owner of almost the whole building where the couple lives. The relationship between Maria and Horacio begins full of friction, but gradually the differences between the two are replaced by an approach that brings a completely new world to both, of which Peter is not a part.
