Sobre o filme

On the year that marks the centenary of the birth of Nelson Mandela (1918-2013), the directors Gilles Porte e Nicolas Champeaux explore the historical trial that took place in 1963 and 1964. Besides Mandela himself, other eight men faced the death sentence. Using recovered sound archives, the documentary transports the spectator to the thick of the courtroom battles in South Africa.
