The film returns to a moment in Lebanon where a social revolution might have been — when two worker uprisings were cut short by civil war. Interweaving scenes from Lebanon`s militant cinema tradition, with present-day reality of Lebanese farmers and workers, and personal stories of the young women on the front lines of those strikes, the film asks of the past how we might transform the present.
