A cameraman is sent to an Inuit community in Nunavuk. His job involves to shoot the inhabitants and their habits in order to build up archive images to the Government. Meanwhile of his shooting, he acquires a deep knowledge of the survival economy of this people, and the incredible richness of the territory. But he is informed that his work will be used to convince the community to leave the place for mining exploitation.
