The beautiful Maan is haunted by the death of her boyfriend, the painter Sam, victim of an incurable disease. Unwilling to accept the new life, she travels to Qingdao, in China, in search of a landscape described by her lover few moments before his death, painted in one of his pictures. There, Maan, meets Lit, a young postman who wants to help her. Slowly, they find out they have a lot in common and become closer. She fights against the new relationship to live the memories from the past.
