Agnes, a waitress with a tragic past, lives in a run-down motel in fear of her abusive, recently paroled ex-husband. But when Agnes begins a tentative romance with Peter, an eccentric man, she starts to feel hopeful again. However, the line between reality and delusion is blurred as they discover a bug infestation. Based on a homonymous play written by Tracy Letts.
