From the outside, Rosa and Frederik are the perfect couple. When Rosa gets pregnant, after secretly having gone off the pill, Frederik convinces her to get an abortion. Meanwhile Frederik is having an affair with another woman, who gets pregnant as well, and seeks clarity about what to do, at the city`s best psychologist —Rosa.
