Simple, illiterate and naïve women, living on the banks of Brazilian roads, get involved with all types of people and seek new opportunities in big cities. In a struggle for survival and in search for the most developed regions of the country, which offer better work conditions, they end up accepting all kinds of services, including prostitution.
