Luis Buñuel and Salvador Dalí’s last collaboration consist of surreal vignettes where a man and a woman are passionately in love with one another, but their family, religion, and bourgeois society continually thwart their attempts at consummating their relationship.
The film was presented as part of the "Dalí and Dalí" exhibition at the Tomie Ohtake Institute.
