A road movie that associates social critic with a tragedy. A filmmaker and his son travel in the north region of Iran, a place hit by an earthquake in 1990, to find the two young actors of his film Where Is My Friend’s Home? (also Abbas Kiarostami’s). Along the way, they witness several accidents and confront the chaos caused by the earthquake. Despite all their misery, the local people don’t give up and, at the same time they struggle to save what’s left from the ruins, they watch the World Cup.
