In 1975, a group of agricultural workers from a large estate in Torre Bela, near Lisbon, voted for the expropriation of the land and the creation of a cooperative. With this, the peasants intend to reorient the cultivation of the site, planting essential goods. The film is a record of this struggle that lasted one hundred days and resulted in the Torre Bela cooperative.
